Activating the Vodafone Cash service
After receiving your card from a Vodafone or HSBC branch,Vodafone Cash dealer activate the service by dialing 6000 from your mobile phone and setting a password. Getting the card package costs LE 20, including the subscription fees for the first year.

Services Charging
You can charge and withdraw money in all Vodafone, HSBC and Radioshack branches, and Vodafone Cash dealers in Egypt. You can also withdraw money from your account at any 123 ATM machine with the (123) sign.

Vodafone Cash Money Transfer
Transferring money using the Money Transfer service is just like transferring balance using the Balance Transfer service! Just dial 6000 from your mobile phone, select the ‘transfer’ option and enter the mobile number you want to transfer to, the amount you want to transfer and your password. After the transaction is complete, you will hear a confirmation voice message and an SMS will be sent to the mobile number that you are transferring money to informing them of a Vodafone Cash transfer from your mobile number.

Managing your account

Checking your account balance
To inquire about your account balance, dial 6000 from your mobile phone and enter your password.
Vodafone Cash Web Statement
View your full transaction history online. Just login with your username and password if you are a registered user or create a new account.
Changing your password
To change your password later, just dial 6000 from your mobile phone, select the ‘change password’ option, and enter your existing password once and your new password twice.
Contacting customer service
To contact the Vodafone Cash Customer Service, just dial 6001 from a phone that is subscribed to the service.
