Just because you have no credit doesn't mean you can't stay connected! Vodafone keeps you connected at all times, even when you're out of credit. Check out Vodafone's latest services to help you make important calls when the times are rough.

 

With Sallefny Shokran Service, if your credit is less than LE 1 Vodafone will transfer you LE 3 credit.

All you have to do is press *868*3# and LE 3 will be transferred to your balance! The service costs 50 pts, which are deducted in advance. The LE 3 will be deducted from the first balance that's added to your account.

You can also use it multiple times a day! That means if you use the service, recharge and then your balance is less than 1 LE again you can reuse the service on the same day.

This service is only valid for all prepaid customers who have been on our network for more than 3 months.

To any prepaid customer that has been on Vodafone's network for more than one year now you can borrow LE 6 balance by accumulating 2 “Salefny Shokran” transactions when your balance goes below LE 1.

Dial *868*3# twice and you will receives LE 3 in each transaction with 50 pts service fees deducted in advance. The LE 6 will be deducted from the first recharged balance.

No need to have less than 1 LE for the second "Sallefny Shokran" only for the first time.

Simple balance transfer from one phone to another starting 1 LE ONLY!

They say a friend in need is a friend indeed, and certainly you would never leave a friend with zero balance on their prepaid Vodafone line. To help a friend is easy! All you need to do is transfer balance or validity from your phone to their prepaid, Easy or control lines*.

If your friends enter the grace period, you can send them not only balance but also a one day validity period for an extra 1 LE only!

Now you can transfer from LE 1 to LE 50 of balance per call. If you are a prepaid user, there is no limit to the number of times you can transfer balance. If you are a monthly line or a business line user, you can send up to 80LE monthly. As for the validity transfer, you can only transfer validity once per day.

The amount transferred and the sending cost will be deducted from your balance if you are a prepaid user and added to your monthly bill if you are a monthly user.

What do I need to do?

    1. New! Now you can transfer balance online!

To all Vodafone customers, now you are a few clicks away from transferring balance to and Vodafone prepaid line!

All you need to do is click here to log in to your account or click here to create a new account.

This service costs 2 % of the amount transferred with minimum of 20 pts.

    2. Dial *868*2*Mobilenumber*Amount#

You will receive a flash notification that requests your confirmation on the amount transferred together with the mobile number receiving the transferred balance,If the data was correct, all you need to do is press “accept” or “reply”, then press “1” and send the message.

Balance transfer will cost 2 % of the amount transferred with minimum of 19 pts.

For example, if you transfer 1 pound, you will have to pay: 19pts

If you transfer 20 pounds, you will have to pay: 2% X 20= 40 pts.

    3. Dial 868
Balance transfer will cost 2% of the amount transferred with minimum of 29 pts.

To deactivate the service, simply bar the 868 number so that it can not be dialed. This can be done online, or by calling customer service on 888 from your mobile or 16888 from any landline.

 

To avoid fraud cases related to balance transfer, watch out for the following:

Case 1: If you receive a balance transfer confirmation SMS from a Vodafone mobile number, followed by a call from this number saying that the balance has been transferred to you by mistake, kindly note that:

  • Real balance transfer confirmation SMS is sent from Vodafone not from the mobile number

  • Make sure that the balance has been really transferred  by dialing *868*1#

  • Postpaid customers can only send but not receive balance

Case 2: If you receive an SMS/E-mail/Call claiming to be from Vodafone asking you to transfer balance/money to be eligible for winning prizes. If any of these competitions are really going on, it will be announced through different media channels and you will not be asked to transfer money by any means. In case you received such information kindly validate it with Vodafone call center.

 

With the “Please Pay For Me” service call your friends anytime and they will pay for your call

For all Vodafone prepaid customers, call any Vodafone number anytime and they will pay for the call

Just press # before the mobile number you want to call, and enjoy the Please Pay for Me service

The call receiver will listen to a recorded message to choose to either accept or reject the Please Pay for Me call.

The call receiver is charged for the call based on his normal minute rate and any promotion he/she is subscribed in will apply.

The call initiator is charged 3 pt upon requesting the Please pay for me call.

Vodafone Prepaid, Easy, and Control customers are eligible to make a Please Pay for Me call, and all Vodafone customers can pay for call.

 

With the “Please pay for me – Monthly subscription” service
Choose who will call you and you pay for the call
For all Vodafone customers, choose the list of Vodafone Prepaid, Easy or Control numbers who will call you and have you automatically pay for their calls.
Upon subscribing to the service, you can choose a list of numbers to call you and have you pay for the call.
All they need to do is dial # before your mobile number even if they were out of balance.
You will automatically pay for the call without having to go through a recorded message to confirm accepting or rejecting the call.
You will be charged according to your normal minute rate with no additional fees.

How much does it cost?

Subscription fees are 5 LE for the first 5 numbers.
Additional numbers cost LE 1.5 per number.
The maximum mobile numbers you can choose per list is 10 numbers.

To subscribe to the service and choose the numbers that will call you and have you pay for the call, call 5252 is 30 pts per call

Need to call someone urgently, but you’re out of credit? Someone is waiting for you and you can’t reach them because you’re out of balance? This service saves the day!

For all prepaid, Easy, or control customers now you can send 3 free 'Please Call Me' SMS daily to any Vodafone number.

 

All you need to do is dial the following code *505*Mobile Number# and a text message with the phrase 'Please Call Me' in both English and Arabic is automatically sent to the number you specified. When the message is sent, you will see a confirmation flash message.

 

Want to send more than 3 messages for any Vodafone number, or contact someone who’s not on Vodafone’s network? Now you can!

All you need to do is dial *506*mobile number#, instead of 505, and send out all the “Please Call Me” messages you want for only 0.15 LE per request, with only an Arabic message sent "من فضلك كلمني ".

There’s more!

You no longer have to send out only ‘Please Call Me’ messages, but now Vodafone offers you more templates with more options for only 0.15 LE per request!

And you can even send them to non-Vodafone numbers!
