Haitham El Samman

• Samman joined VIS in October 2008 as the HR Manager of Vodafone International Services. He is supporting the business strategy & leading the organizational evolution to cater for the international expansion, along with acting as a catalyst in creating the best employee experience within a diverse culture while inspiring the essence of Values Based Organization.
• During 2005 to Oct. 2008 Samman had a progressive career in PepsiCo International – as the Commercial HR Manager with cross exposure in performance management, succession planning, staffing, talent management, organization development, training, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and organization assessment. Also Samman assumed interim assignment in PepsiCo as Change Management Lead for North Africa.
• For the past 9 years Samman has built regional training & management consultancy depth, being a consultant for a number of firms in different industries like Ingersoll Rand, Pfizer-KSA, Trane, Inspectorate Quality Inspection, Logic Consulting, El Nahdy Pharmacies Group-KSA, ERA Real Estate, Misr Pharmacies chain, Square constructions…..etc
• Samman brings onboard progressive hands on experience ranging from management consultancy, training management in a training & development industry to “end to end” HR management roles in blue Chip multinationals. Finally Samman is MBA holder from AAGSB in affiliation with Central Michigan University along with international facilitation license from FxL consultants-UK & BSc. from pharmacy school, Cairo University.
