
Shahinaz Ghazy was appointed Head of Services Operations in Vodafone International Services in April 2007 handling the operations and accounts business relationship. Her success is measured by an overall outstanding growth of her business unit. As of today, Vodafone International Services Employs 1200 customer service advisors and technical support experts.
In 2005, Shahinaz was Head of VF Egypt’s Enterprise Accounts Management handling the overall corporate customer care experience end to end from provisioning, risk / budget and relations perspectives.
In 2004, she was appointed in Vodafone Egypt’s Consumer Customer Care department as a contact center manager with the main responsibility of delivering the desired customer experience through the various programs of processes enhancements.
Prior to this, Shahinaz was working in the off shoring business in C3 which is dedicated to contact center off shoring services and in Xerox Egypt in the sales department responsible for paper products and customer service.
