Mai Helal is currently leading the Business Excellence Unit that focuses on delivering the VIS strategy, through business compliances, Planning & Workforce Management.

 

Mai has a wealth of experience in various areas in the company since she joined Vodafone Egypt in 2001 with the Customer Care product and Communication team. Following that, she moved to Retail as the Operations Manager, then switched to commercial career by joining the Global marketing team within the MNC division in Vodafone Group. Subsequently, Mai moved to the Enterprise Business Unit for 4 years she managed the SME & SOHO Segments and Base Management and Retention. Mai has successfully led the Commercial Operations looking after terminals marketing, commercial supply chain and distribution.

 

Before moving to the VIS in 2014, she spent the last two years within the commercial as Head of CVM function in the Consumer Business Unit responsible for the Shared Services of Enterprise & Consumer units’ base management, campaign capabilities & Vodafone One program, where she lead the first open loop launch in Egypt within the loyalty program.
