Mohamed ElKiki comes with a rich experience in the telecom field moving between, both, the States and Egypt.

 

In 2008, he moved to Vodafone International Services to hold several operational roles till he was appointed Senior Account Manager leading the customer experience for Vodafone Germany & Spain accounts, growing them to be one of the largest European Customer Care Operations in Egypt.
