Serving customers with Special needs in Vodafone Stores
In line with Vodafone’s strategy to avail accessibility products, solutions and services,13 Vodafone Stores are now ready to serve deaf & hard of hearing customers in sign language. Vodafone is keen to continuously develop and avail a wide portfolio of accessibility products, services and solutions for differently-abled customers. In this context, the pilot phase of “Vodafone Retail Training on Sign Language” was completed through Wayana NGO. This enables 13 Vodafone stores to provide service in sign language for deaf and hard of hearing customers in Cairo, Alexandria, Sharkia and Gharbia governorates. This project is part of Vodafone’s efforts to develop and avail accessibility products, services and solutions for customers who are differently-abled.
